No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Items are sold as is with no warranty.
One (1) Ticket Per Customer
Each customer gets a maximum of 1 hour to shop. Once you complete the checkout process and exit the building, no re-entry is allowed.
Checkout Policy
No additional discounts can be applied, including UJ Rewards points. Final selections must be made before entering the checkout line. Your purchase will also not be eligible to earn UJ Rewards points.
Items Are Sold As Is
No additional discounts will be applied for flawed items.
Try-On Policy
Try-ons are not permitted. If you damage a product, you’re responsible for purchasing it.
Bag Policy
Small bags only, no backpacks or tote bags. Strollers are not permitted.
Payment Options
This is a cashless event. We accept most credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and tap to pay. Checks are not accepted and discount codes cannot be applied to your purchase. We accept Uncommon James gift cards and store credit.
Parking
Metered parking is available on the street. There’s also a nearby Metropolis parking garage located at 1055 Pine St, Nashville, TN 37203. We recommend rideshare if possible.
Photo & Video Release Policy
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
